The ALC882 series incorporates proprietary converter technology to
achieve over 100dB Signal-to-Noise ratio playback quality; easily
meeting PC2001 requirements and also bringing PC sound quality closer
to consumer electronic devices.
The ALC882 series provide 10 channels of DAC that simultaneously
support 7.1 sound playback, plus 2 channels of independent stereo sound
output (multiple streaming) through the Front-Out-Left and
Front-Out-Right channels. Flexible mixing, mute, and fine gain control
functions provide a complete integrated audio solution for next
generation multimedia PCs.
Vista Driver (32/64 bits) Driver y XP 2.13
This driver supports all Realtek High-Definition audio chipsets. It
is used as onboard sound on many motherboards. Chips covered include
ALC260, ALC262, ALC268, ALC662, ALC861, ALC861-VD-GR, ALC880, ALC882,
ALC883, ALC885, ALC888, ALC888S, ALC880T.

Installation and Setup

Setup Driver at first time:
---------------------------------------
Step 1. Before installing the Realtek HD Audio Drivers, Press the
[Cancel] button if Windows detect the Multimedia Audio device.
Step 2. Insert the "Realtek HD Audio Drivers" CD into the CD-ROM
drive and run the setup.exe program to finish the installation.
Step 3. Click on [Next/OK/Go] to continue the procedure. If the Windows popup
"Digital Signature Not Found" message, press [Yes] to continue the
installation.
Step 4. Finally, select to restart the system and press [Finish] to complete
the installation.
The system will reload the drivers and do some adjustments in the INF
file if so required.
